Dr kontoveros is just awesome, he is very pleasant, talks and laugh with you, let you know what his treatment plan for you will be, he and his staff are very outgoing people and you just feel so comfortable , relaxed, and cared for as a person, I would recommend this dentist to anyone I know , the experience here was so refreshing and I felt I was in good hands .

I was left in excruciating pain for over a month after getting a couple fillings. Unprovoked, my teeth would throb constantly all day and all night. I could not sleep at all. I had to eat and drink out of a straw and had to avoid the entire right side of my mouth. I would constantly cry in pain all day and all night. Also, they left sharp pieces of tooth in between my teeth, and no matter how much I flossed, I could not remove the sharp jagged pieces.
When I went back to get it ‘fixed’, they now had to give me a root canal. DR. DONALD SHINGLER INTENTIONALLY LEFT THE BROKEN DRILL BIT INSIDE MY TOOTH! And he left the crown of my tooth SHARP AND JAGGED!
2k Dental of Cuyahoga Falls Does NOT care about you or your teeth!

The staff was very professional and attentive. The receptionist, Lindsay, I believe her name is was very nice and bubbly, my techn9, Leslie was a joy to be with, and Dr. George was professional, nice and helpful through each step in the process of my visit/appointment. I would definitely recommend 2k and their staff to any one of my many friends and rlatives.

LOVE this office!! I really appreciate how in depth they always explain everything to me. It makes me understand what they’re doing and take better care of my teeth at home. Smoothest dentist appointments I’ve ever had, consistently.

I've been going to this dentist office for quite a while long enough that most of the hygienists and my dentist have retired ..I'm starting a whole new program and I've always gotten the same special care kind and courteous people working at this location so it looks like I'll be going there for a while longer .. ;)

Seen for an emergency dental appointment today. Excellent experience. Everyone is so nice and professional. Always had fear of dentists but I think I may have finally found one I feel comfortable with and trust. Highly recommend this practice

I was truly disappointed the fact my denist was not present when i went in to get my cleaning! However i was met there by Jataysia the new hygenist she was so professional and kind that it made the trip worth the visit. Thank you 2k Dental

Omg, I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr.Novack is. Every time I see him, today was a broken tooth, he is cheerful and puts you at ease. I trust him completely with my Dental care!
